Jim Marsh of CSH Architects presented the plan for a prairie‑style multi‑tenant office adjacent to Eagles Gate View with substantial glazing, terraces and high‑quality materials such as Nichiha panels and brick.
Board members raised concerns about interior parking‑lot tree spacing and a long run of 17 stalls on the north side; they asked the applicant to provide at least one additional planter island with a tree to break up that run. The board also required confirmation of a cross‑parking/cross‑access agreement with the neighboring parcel, and asked for revised elevations for the trash enclosure including added screening. The board approved the application with those modifications by voice vote.
