Board rejects over‑budget garage bid for Great Basin Child Advocacy Center; accepts donated SUV for investigations

Commissioners and staff thanked the Pennington Foundation for prior investments in northeastern Nevada and noted the donation supports investigative capacity without imposing maintenance costs on the advocacy center itself.
