The Eagle Design Review Board voted to continue the Atlas Research & Development building application (DR 2025‑59) so the applicant could address board and staff comments about large, unbroken stucco walls, fenestration and glazing balance, and mismatches between landscape and architectural elevations.
Chris Wilson of Wilco Design Build described the project as a 26,312‑square‑foot communications and private‑library building with podcasting spaces and an auditorium. "It is a 26,312 square foot, communications and private library building," Wilson said. Board members repeatedly asked for revisions to break up long, blank walls, add appropriate spandrel glazing where needed, and align landscape elevations with architectural drawings. A motion to continue was made to allow the applicant to return with those revisions and was carried by voice vote.
