Council approves donation of right-of-way to Twilight Cemetery after unanimous planning recommendation

Staff said there are gravesites in the North 12th right-of-way and advised against attempting to build a new right-of-way through existing graves; the ordinance vacating the specified right-of-way portions will proceed and staff will prepare deed documents reflecting the council’s direction.
