The board approved several formal items during the Feb. 9 meeting. Commissioner Vern Eames moved to approve the Geo Local Road Mileage Report; Commissioner Ronald Buhler seconded and the motion carried. Commissioner Eames also moved to approve the January 2026 claims; Commissioner Buhler seconded and the motion carried. The claims listing shows totals across funds of $2,694,567.37, while the Ambulance District claims totaled $315,458.03.
The board also vacated a scheduled mobile-home tax cancellation after the homeowner paid the outstanding tax before the meeting. Commissioner Buhler moved to approve the Feb. 2, 2026 minutes with corrections; Commissioner Eames seconded and the motion carried.
