Public Works staff explained Change Order 1 comprises three change‑proposal requests: CPR1 ($26,001.87) for minor construction changes, CPR2 ($98,743.14) to address pool area drain and piping replacement uncovered during demolition, and CPR3 ($44,000.93) for AV and network equipment changes with some credits applied. The total construction budget is $3,042,297; the current contract amount is $2,589,000 and $453,002.97 remained in contingency. Staff said the project is 35% complete and substantial completion is anticipated in June 2026. Council approved the change order by voice vote.
