A separate consent agenda resolution authorized acceptance of Harris County partnership funding of $2,091,635 for intersection improvements at Spencer Highway and 16th Street. A councilmember asked whether the wayfinding signs were intended for the new rec center parking; staff confirmed the signs are a continuation of city wayfinding located downtown and around major destinations.
