During its Nov. 18 meeting Marble Cliff Council heard a second reading of O-2725-24, an ordinance to authorize a three-year professional tree maintenance agreement with Ahlum & Arbor covering January 2025 through December 2027.
Mayor Matthew Cincione presented the ordinance and Council President Dow T. Voelker asked that the language in Section 1 be revised to more fully reflect the ordinance title. No final adoption or vote on the ordinance was recorded at the meeting; the matter remains at second reading and may return with revised language.
