The update clarified transportation and SDC language, establishing auxiliary dwelling units (ADUs) as approximately 0.333 of a single‑family residential SDC. Council discussed the rationale and confirmed staff will bring detailed rate tables and billing impacts to customers as implementation moves forward. The council voted to adopt Resolution 2026‑13 by voice vote.
