House passes consent calendar after several items were objected to by leaders

After floor adjustments and brief statements from caucus leaders, the presiding officer asked members to vote when the bell rang and later declared the consent calendar passed by constitutional majority.
The transcript records objections to specific consent items by leaders and the clerk's tally confirming passage; items objected will proceed through committee or separate consideration as noted on the floor.
