House confirms Dewey Brandstetter Jr. to Tennessee Ethics Commission

The House recorded 92 votes in favor, no recorded no votes, and one member present but not voting, meeting the two-thirds confirmation threshold referenced in the motion.
The move completes the governor's appointment process for Brandstetter and sends the adopted resolution on to the Senate as required by the joint-resolution procedure. The House took no additional amendment or referral on the measure before the vote.
