Commissioners sought clarification on the location and status of the medical records; Brad Fruth emphasized the demolition and cleanup must be completed before any order could be lifted. Scarlett Graves moved to re‑evaluate progress in 90 days; Fred Musselman seconded and the commission voted unanimously to check back in 90 days rather than lift the order immediately.
