Wang organized interactive workshops for children at Hawks Bluff Elementary School and Camp Live Oak where participants created reusable grocery bags and fabric food storage covers, and she launched a website and social-media resources with tutorials on meal planning and composting. A commissioner encouraged Wang to connect with the city's Green Advisory Board to share her work.
