Parra confirmed the tenant remained in occupancy: “She is still in occupancy,” he told the bench. The magistrate allowed partial payments and said the full reduced balance must be paid by Jan. 30, 2026, or the full certified fine will be reinstated.
The magistrate instructed staff to mail the formal order and confirmed payments may be made in the office. The matter remains subject to the payment deadline and administrative processing; staff will close the docket upon proof of compliance.
