Magistrate Kleinman found violations in multiple dockets where structures had been installed without required permits and in one case a pergola required removal or a demolition permit. For the property at 5175 SW 87th Avenue the magistrate ordered a $150 administrative fee and gave the owner until Aug. 15 to have permits issued and paid; if permits were not in place by Aug. 16 a $100-per-day fine would begin.
Staff explained the pergola applicant had applied for a permit on June 30 and for a removal permit on July 14, and that follow‑up action from the owner was required. The magistrate repeated the deadlines and fine schedules and said the clerk would mail the order; owners are expected to coordinate with building staff to address any comments so issuance is possible by the stated dates.
