The Tioga County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution R-17-24 on Dec. 10, 2024, designating Marti L. Shabloski, Deputy Director of the Emergency Management Agency, as the county’s authorized agent to execute all forms and documents necessary to obtain financial assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act related to DR-4815.
Chief Clerk Janice Chamberlain certified a true and correct copy of the resolution and affixed the county seal. The designation enables the county to move forward with applications and documentation necessary to secure federal disaster assistance where eligible.
