Tim Stevens updated the board on several land and infrastructure items. He said a 400-foot portion of the Rudd property may be sold to the town and that Mr. Chase is willing to sell only 2.5 acres and is not holding land north of Lynch Road indefinitely; Tim noted that any purchase would require town-meeting authorization and DES approval for wells. Chris Fournier of HEB submitted two alternative plans for Aldrich Road to FEMA on May 29, Tim reported.
Tim also said he has contacted a new congressional staff contact in Congresswoman Goodlander's office to follow up on North Wells loan forgiveness and that Heidi has submitted the third UV claim and is awaiting guidance from Primex about procurement requirements for the UV building repair.
