The Tioga County Salary Board met after the commissioners’ session on Feb. 11, 2025 and approved personnel and compensation changes affecting the Department of Human Services and Family Services.
The board unanimously approved transitioning the following Human Services staff to exempt (salaried) status to create a unified supervisory team: Shawn Mayo, Meagan Nowak, Maryann Personius, Lindsey Staudt (Shults), and Samantha Weiskopff. The board also approved $1.00/hour increases for 911 dispatchers Tyler Belz and Carter Strange following successful completion of training and certification as full‑time telecommunicators.
Additionally, the Salary Board granted a $3,363.50 annual increase for Reva Baldwin, Victim Witness Coordinator in the District Attorney’s Office, noting the raise is 100% grant funded. An hourly adjustment for Diane Schwartz to $25.77 was tabled. Finally, the board approved a $0.15/hour increase effective Feb. 23, 2025 for numerous Family Services staff listed in the minutes.
