Commissioners approve SAVIN renewal, credit for VA electrical work and HVAC change order for Patterson Trailhead; reject pavilion upgrade

Tioga County commissioners approved several facilities and service items on Dec. 10, 2024. The board approved renewal of a one-year maintenance and service agreement with SAVIN through the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Institute. The commissioners also approved a credit change order of $950 from G.R. Noto Electrical related to the Veterans Affairs building project.
Separately, the board approved a $12,101.53 change order to W. C. Eshenaur & Son, Inc. for revisions to HVAC equipment at the Patterson Trailhead facility, and voted not to approve a $291,341.78 proposal from Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. to upgrade a pavilion at the Patterson Trailhead area. Each action passed by unanimous vote of the commissioners present.
