Tioga County names Section 504 Officer to oversee disability nondiscrimination

The Tioga County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution R-4-25 on April 15, 2025 appointing Sean Sember as the county Section 504 Officer. The resolution directs the officer to compile and maintain a self-evaluation of facilities and practices, ensure activities funded by CDBG or HOME grants do not discriminate, and develop a publicly adopted grievance procedure that incorporates due process standards for resolving complaints related to disability discrimination.
