The resolution text states: "Be it RESOLVED, that the Tioga County Board of Commissioners hereby requests a PA Small Water and Sewer Program grant of $500,000 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the replacement of a 4x8 box culvert in the Borough of Mansfield."
