Brooke Wagner presented an overview of the coalition’s strategic plan, which focuses on supporting justice‑impacted individuals through stable housing, employment, service navigation, capacity building, and public engagement. The plan establishes four standing committees — Housing; Reentry Navigation and Employment; Education and Capacity Building; and Mentorship — to lead implementation through workshops, resource development, peer support, and outreach.
Wagner asked coalition members to review committee descriptions and consider joining groups that align with their interests; she said the coalition will hold a formal vote to approve the strategic plan at its February meeting. No formal vote occurred on Jan. 20, and the minutes record the plan as under review.
