By Resolution 2026-0082 the commissioners approved cancellation of the Resiliency Network, Inc. contract (original amount $60,000) effective Jan. 21, 2026. County staff explained a new regional project with the Mental Health and Recovery Board will provide peer support certification and related youth services across multiple counties, which prompted the termination to avoid duplication and to streamline referrals.
Commissioners moved and seconded the cancellation and recorded unanimous approval on the roll call. The County Administrator was authorized to execute termination documents so clients and referral partners transition to the new regional program.
