County approves vendor contracts for online payments, railroad crossing removals, pest control, HVAC and dark fiber

The board also approved a Wilson Consulting Group contract for engineering services to remove six former railroad crossings in Wellsboro Borough and Delmar Township for $23,350; the majority of this expense is grant funded through PennDOT MTF with a portion paid from Liquid Fuels.
Additional vendor approvals included an agreement with Ehrlich for quarterly bed bug control at Human Services for $995 per quarter; a one‑year HVAC preventative maintenance contract with Van Hook Service Co., Inc. at $6,600 per year covering several county facilities; and a Tri‑Co Connections contract to run dark fiber with a $6,000 installation charge and $400 monthly recurring charge. Each item was approved by unanimous vote as recorded in the minutes (SEG 032, SEG 035).
