The Tioga County Commissioners approved a $2,620 proposal from H&P Construction, funded via a credit from the contractor, to purchase kiosk panels for the Marsh Creek Greenway Charleston Street Connector. The board also approved a Small Communities Program Administration Agreement with the Tioga County Housing Authority and authorized applying to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for a $252,431 Small Communities Entitlement Grant for fiscal year 2024.
Both measures were adopted unanimously. The minutes indicate the kiosk purchase will be funded by a credit from H&P and that the county will pursue the DCED entitlement grant under the Small Communities program.
