Tioga County commissioners approved several maintenance and consulting agreements at their Sept. 10 meeting. The board approved a one-year Cleveland Brothers maintenance agreement for the Human Services generator at $1,506 and a second agreement covering the courthouse, Emergency Services and six tower sites for $18,178, for a combined total of $19,684.
The board also approved a $14,055 change order to replace vandalized conductors and to install a temporary Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) so the Veterans Affairs building could be energized while delivery of a permanent ATS and generator was delayed. Separately, the county approved a $47,230 agreement with Wilson Consulting Group for construction consultation on the Pine Creek Rail Trail Extension (Act 13 / Marsh Creek Green Account), with a DCNR grant to reimburse the expense noted in the minutes.
