County election staff added the accepted provisional ballots to the unofficial totals before certification.
The canvass took place during the Board’s Nov. 17 meeting at the Commission Room of the Cherokee County Courthouse. The certification is recorded in the official minutes and reflects the Board’s procedural acceptance of the Election Board of Canvass count; no further action was recorded.
