County approves Addendum 5 to hosting agreement, renews ACA tracking services and authorizes second data connection

Martin County commissioners authorized multiple information-technology and service agreements during the March 24 meeting. The court authorized Commissioner Koy Blocker to sign Addendum 5 to a Non-Exclusive License and Service agreement with Local Government Solutions LP covering software hosting and data/backup for the County/District Clerk, County Court and County Attorney’s offices.
The court also approved renewal of ACA Reporting & Tracking Services with the Texas Association of Counties and authorized a second data connection for the courthouse, Martin County Community Center Complex and the sheriff’s office. Those motions were recorded as passing unanimously, 4-0, and the minutes indicate documentation is on file with the county clerk.
