County Administrator Mark Humbert told the committee the Catapult salary study recommendations are complete and ready for a final review with all fifteen Supervisors. He proposed scheduling a meeting of the whole and entering executive session to conduct the review; Madam Chair Kim V. Leonard and the committee agreed and instructed the Clerk to provide timely notice so the meeting could be properly posted.
At 9:55 a.m. the committee went into executive session to discuss the employment history of a particular person; Supervisors Lynn Chatfield and Gary Rose moved and seconded the motion to enter executive session. The committee returned to regular session at 10:15 a.m. The minutes record the entry and exit times for the executive session but do not disclose the subject matter beyond the statutorily allowed description on the public agenda (employment history of a particular person).
Humbert expressed a desire to complete the salary-study review by the end of the month and asked staff to coordinate necessary notices and logistics for a meeting of the whole.
