The WCIDA Audit Committee met Jan. 27, 2026, in Lyons, New York; Ms. Amanda McDonald, committee member, called the meeting to order at 8:17 A.M. Members present approved the December 2025 minutes after a motion from Mr. Kenneth VanFleet, seconded by Ms. McDonald.
Deputy Director Katie Bronson presented the Bi‑Annual Financial Review Report and highlighted projects that closed by year‑end 2025 and two additional projects that closed in early 2026. No questions were raised during the presentation. With no other business, the committee adjourned at 8:24 A.M.; the next Audit Committee meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026 at 8:00 A.M.
