Members of the Airport Advisory Board, including Luke Grimes and Sheila Brown, presented bylaws for the Ulysses Advisory Board. Commissioner John Martin moved to accept the bylaws and Commissioner Figgins seconded; the board approved the bylaws unanimously.
Sheila Brown also presented a consultant agreement with H.W. Lochner, Inc. The board voted to enter a consultant agreement with Lochner for $159,000 to replace the taxiway lighting system, guidance signs and the taxiway A4 location sign panel. The project will proceed through an FAA Cost Share Grant totaling $798,000, with the Lochner contract identified as part of that grant work.
