Commission renews a three-year FEMA lease and opens sealed-bid notice for county property in Galena

The board also authorized accepting sealed bids for a separate property located at 7641 SE Watermelon Lane in Galena, with a deadline of Nov. 17 at 10:00 a.m. The minutes do not list current lease terms beyond the three-year renewal or reserve price for the sealed-bid property.
