Judge Clark told the Court the amended concurrent order adds Walnut Creek Water Supply District as a member of the West Fork Public Utility Agency (PUA) to support surface-water access and regional water planning.
Commissioner Colby Shawn moved to approve the amended order and the accompanying interlocal cooperation agreement; Commissioner Kevin Burns seconded, and the Court approved the amendment unanimously. Clark explained the County joined the PUA to seek surface-water options and that the amendment was necessary to add the new member entity. The Court recorded approval of the interlocal agreement and authorized County staff to proceed with PUA coordination.
