Commissioners moved into a closed executive session at 9:37 a.m. to discuss corporate compliance information required to remain confidential under state or federal law (authorized under ORC 121.22(G)(5)) and returned to open session at 9:44 a.m. The board again entered executive session at 9:52 a.m. to discuss public‑employee compensation under ORC 121.22(G)(1) and returned at 10:31 a.m. All recorded motions and returns from executive session passed unanimously (Mark W. Stahl: yes; Donald A. Douglas: yes; Mark E. Coppeler: yes).
