The Central CEDA Regional Planning Commission entered executive session at 1:31 PM Jan. 21, 2026, to confer with attorneys about a pending court action. Ms. Theresa Hartley, chairperson, announced the session and Mr. Greg Rogers moved that the board go into executive session under R.C. 121.22(G)(3); Mr. Sunny Dhingra seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as unanimous in favor.
The executive session was described in the motion as a conference with Jeff Stankunas and/or Andrew Fraser, attorneys for CEDA at Isaac Wiles, concerning a dispute that is the subject of pending court action. Staff member Mr. Ethan Harris told the audience the board would move to another room so as not to inconvenience attendees. The board voted to exit executive session at 2:16 PM after a motion by Mr. Rogers, seconded by Mr. Tim Sheerin; the exit motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 2:19 PM.
