The committee recommended an ILA SharePoint database to document history and funding sources for interlocal agreements, a review of capital projects reserved funds (including the typical 20% reserve set aside for future projects) and a purchasing feasibility study. Commissioners thanked the volunteers and asked staff to follow up with a timeline to implement the database and a CIP review. "We found a way to make the county more efficient," the committee said in closing.
