- Minutes approved as printed; payroll approved in the amount of $146,107.10; account payables approved in the amount of $375,754.02. - ArcGIS annual renewal for $700 (moved by Commissioner Mayo, seconded by Commissioner Carlson) — passed unanimously. - AED purchase: 8 AED units and a trauma kit from Zoll Medical for $8,970 (moved by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Mayo) — passed unanimously; to be paid from Opioid Settlement Funds. - Z Vent & monitors annual warranty contract for $13,632 — Board approved payment from the EMS Fund. - Donation of $2,000 from the Travel & Tourism Fund for the July 3 fireworks (moved by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Mayo) — passed unanimously. - Fairgrounds utility vehicle purchase: 2025 Polaris 570 for $10,500 (funding split 50% Fair Maintenance Fund / 50% other Fairboard accounts) — Board decided to purchase.
