Clay County authorizes landfill hiring ad and sick-leave donation; phone reception problems noted

Carroll also described problems with wireless phone reception at the landfill site and said the issue will require more research before a decision is reached. The board approved a request to grant 60 hours from the County Sick Leave Pool for a landfill employee; the minutes do not identify the employee by name.
