Chair Myra Carlisle Frazier called the regular session of the Board of Cherokee County Commissioners to order at 8:00 a.m. on Nov. 10, 2025 in Commission Room #109 at the Cherokee County Courthouse in Columbus. The meeting opened with a prayer followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and recorded attendance of Commissioners Jack Garner and Cory Moates, County Counselor Kurt Benecke, Road and Bridge Office Manager Joni Hicks, County Deputy Clerk Michelle Mosler, and media representatives Machelle Smith and Larry Hiatt.
After routine approvals and other business the board adjourned at 9:08 a.m. on motion of Commissioner Frazier, seconded by Commissioner Moates; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes include an attestation stating the resolution was ordered on Nov. 17, 2025.
