Public Works reports Samsara forms failure, Mid States price increase and lists roadwork schedule

Keiffaber also said a Mid States 50,000-ton contract was not met and that Mid States raised its price by $3.65 per ton this year; Commissioner Keith Kelly asked to schedule renegotiation talks with Mid States. The department listed recent rock-hauling and maintenance locations and said a rock stockpile is on W Road; B Road and Topeka Boulevard should be finished this week.
