Public Works described planned chip‑and‑seal sections for the year and said graders are now tracked with GPS so supervisors can monitor where and when roads are graded. Residents questioned the quality of some quarry rock (one resident said St. Mary’s quarry material is “very fine”); county staff said hardness testing is performed and promised to investigate moisture and material questions.
