Kieffaber also said Nate Anderson of Scotwood Industries declined a proposal to reduce a dust‑control rate to half; the board requested data on the effectiveness of a half rate before altering practice. Kieffaber reported ongoing equipment repairs and presented the annual weed report for signature.
