Early in the July 21 meeting the Benton County Board of Supervisors approved the agenda, the minutes of July 14, 2026, payroll checks and vendor claims as presented. Motions to approve were moved and seconded and carried with Tippett, Seeman and Volz voting aye.
Supervisor Tippett moved and Supervisor Volz seconded to table action on replacing the witness chair in the courtroom until the Maintenance and Clerk’s offices determine the best replacement option; the motion carried unanimously. Supervisors gave brief reports—Tippett on weed‑department concerns (Canadian thistle, bull thistle, morning glory), Volz on a ceremony with coloring‑contest winners, and Seeman on attending a WMA meeting virtually—then the board adjourned at 9:43 a.m.
