Commission adopts two year-end transfer resolutions, approves minutes and adjourns to Feb. 9

At the start of routine business on Feb. 2, Commissioner Boyd Davis moved to adopt Resolution 2026-07 concerning transfer of funds at year end for budget year 2025; Commissioner Jim W. MacGregor seconded and the motion carried 2–0. Davis then moved to adopt Resolution 2026-08 concerning fund transfers for Fire Districts at year end for budget year 2025; MacGregor seconded and that motion also carried 2–0.
Commissioner Davis moved to approve the minutes of the Jan. 26 commission meeting; Commissioner MacGregor seconded and the motion carried 2–0. Commissioners reviewed and signed expenses and Chairman MacGregor reviewed and signed daily statements for Jan. 23, 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2026. At 9:44 a.m. Davis moved to adjourn until Monday, Feb. 9 at 9:00 a.m.; MacGregor seconded and the motion carried 2–0. The minutes were recorded as approved on Feb. 9, 2026.
