Commissioner Jake Liebau moved and Chairman Doug Hendricks seconded the motion to approve the purchase of three gooseneck desktop microphones, one handheld microphone with stand, and a digital mixer with USB/network output from Advantage Computer at an estimated cost of $2,600. The motion carried on a 2-1 vote, with Commissioner Perry Russell recorded as opposed.
