The Stamford Select Board voted to grant a visitor permission to plow a section of a Class 4 road from County Road to the Klondike intersection, with the agreement to be recorded in the land records and an annual certificate of insurance required.
"Every year, you'll have to update your certificate of insurance," the Chair said while outlining inspection and filing requirements, and board members confirmed that Dave will inspect the site annually. The visitor had provided a draft agreement to the board prior to the meeting. The motion carried after discussion about the precise boundary where the existing plow service stops and the new requested access would begin.
