Miami County awards 2026 material and fuel contracts, sets vendor list for road work

The board approved hot asphalt contracts to E&B, Johnson & Son, and Fender Brown and accepted two cold patch contracts including Sample Paving. Commissioners also awarded the county's fuel contract to Keystone Cooperative; the winning base quotes recorded at the meeting were $1.97 per gallon for unleaded and $2.35 per gallon for diesel. All motions carried 3-0.
