Board approves personnel hires, volunteers and an expulsion agreement
Summary

The board handled several personnel and discipline items at the Dec. 13 meeting. Trustees accepted the resignation of Aaron Ortiz as Head Girls Tennis Coach effective Nov. 15, 2024. The board also approved the employment of Leslie Peters as a cafeteria assistant and approved volunteer/chaperone assignments for the Kingsburg Agriculture Department and the KHS band (Patrice and Steven Corbridge).
During a closed session the board considered interdistrict transfers and a stipulated agreement to expulsion (case KHS-03-2425). On return to open session the board reported approval of interdistrict transfers as designated by the superintendent and approved the stipulated expulsion agreement KHS-03-2425; the minutes record each action as passing 5-0. These personnel and discipline actions were recorded in the official minutes and are administrative in nature.
