Executive Director of Student Services Cindy Schreiner presented an overview of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) for 2024–25 at the Oct. 14 board meeting. Schreiner reviewed Parent Advisory Committee structure (PAC and ELAC/DELAC) and summarized performance data across ELA, Math, Science, AP and ELPAC assessments with year-to-year and statewide comparisons; a handout was placed on file at the district office.
The minutes record the board noted that the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools reviewed and approved the district’s 2024–2025 LCAP and Adopted Budget. Written reports—including the suspension report for September 2024 and Williams Uniform Complaints quarterly reports—were noted in agenda items 11.1 and 11.2.
