Lincoln Reidburn requested and received board approval to complete improvements to the fairgrounds show ring and seating at no cost to the county; the motion carried unanimously. The board also declared an HP printer from the Register of Deeds office (serial CNHC77C2KS) as junk and authorized disposal.
During the meeting the board approved claims totaling $144,308.44, including a State audit services charge listing $23,500 and City of Watertown dispatch charges of $13,851.56. Payroll totaling $112,596.97 was also approved, including $49,887.98 for Road & Bridge and $16,705.70 for Ambulance. All motions were recorded as carried with all voting aye.
These routine administrative approvals conclude the business on the Jan. 7 agenda; the board adjourned at 11:10 a.m. with its next regular meeting set for Jan. 21, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
